Ross has more than 35 years of comprehensive and diverse international upstream oil and gas asset management experience from field operations to the board room with BP, Talisman Energy and Petronas in Canada, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Ross has a pragmatic approach to asset management, optimisation and project delivery developed through progressive technical, operational and senior management roles including subsurface, wells, production engineering, operations and development acquired through complex onshore, offshore and subsea projects under challenging and intensive circumstances.

An entrepreneurial and results-driven leader, Ross has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to identify, define, sanction and deliver innovative solutions yielding material value, often where others have not, for new and mature oil and gas developments. With over 20 years of experience within JV and PSC projects, Ross has a demonstrated ability to influence projects from a minority shareholder position through technical excellence, collaboration, inclusion and key stakeholder management.
