Mike is a skilled management consultant with extensive business transformation and process improvement experience, as well as an excellent track record managing major oil and gas programmes (PMOs) including the delivery of large- scale strategic projects.

He has worked in the oil, gas and mining industries for more than 35 years, including 10 years with a national oil company and 25 years as a management consultant. Now a member of Future Energy Partnerships, he brings invaluable insights and advice to the organisation.

More recent consulting experience includes working with Government Ministries, Agencies and NCOs, pan Africa, providing Strategic, Commercial and Technical advice across the full Energy Value Chain including programme management of projects in exploration and production, gas monetisation, downstream storage, petrochemicals and refining.

Across his career, Mike has held increasingly high-profile Senior Management roles including Principal Consultant, Director of Consulting, COO and Director for Growth and Strategy. His combined knowledge, experience, approach and proven ability makes him a valuable contributor on any project.
